Youth Programs

Families of North County, we created 805 Adventure Club to offer programs specifically designed for youth—encouraging movement, connection, confidence, and fun.

The programs below are offered throughout the year, with the majority taking place during the summer months.

Be sure to sign up for our email list to receive updates and announcements about upcoming events and youth offerings.

We believe yoga and adventures are for everyone, in every season of life.

Friday Afternoon Surf Day Camp – Year-Round

All year long, we host our popular Friday Afternoon Surf Day Camp.

When ocean conditions are ideal, we’re in the water catching waves. When conditions aren’t great, the adventure continues on land with enriching and exciting alternatives, including:

  • Yoga sessions

  • Coastal hiking adventures

  • Stand-up paddle boarding

  • Surf clinic boot camps

  • Local hot springs visits

  • Beach bonfires

  • Rock climbing

  • And more outdoor experiences

Our camps are about more than surfing — they’re about building strength, resilience, friendship, and a deep connection to nature.

Surf Campout

Endless Summer: Year-Round Seasonal Surf Campouts

Experience the ultimate blend of yoga, surfing, and campfire connection. Our seasonal surf campouts are designed to inspire youth through adventure, mindfulness, and community.

We travel together in our 12-passenger van to local surf spots, where participants learn land-based ocean safety and surf fundamentals before receiving guided, in-water instruction and support. Need a wetsuit or board? We’ve got you covered.

Our experienced team of surf instructors is passionate about helping youth build confidence, skill, and respect for the ocean.

Campouts take place at the 805 Casa in Atascadero, nestled on two beautiful acres. Evenings include bonfires and s’mores, sharing surf stories under the stars, and enjoying yoga, mindfulness practices, eco-living education, art, card games, and other memorable activities.

It’s more than a campout—it’s an unforgettable adventure.

Surf Camps for Every Age & Stage

We offer tween and teen girls camps, co-ed camps, and family surf camps designed to build confidence, connection, and a love for the ocean.

Each camp experience begins with a pre-surf yoga stretch to warm up the body and focus the mind. From there, we provide on-land safety instruction before heading into the water for guided surf coaching. Our experienced instructors offer supportive, hands-on guidance every step of the way — from first wave to confident ride.

Nature Programs

Nature Days

Nature Days invite curiosity, creativity, and a deeper connection with the natural world. Children are encouraged to explore, discover, and engage through hands-on experiences in a nurturing outdoor setting.

Activities may include circle time with ukulele singing, yoga, art projects, nature-inspired crafts, feeding the chickens, and plenty of time enjoying the outdoors.
