Private Class Instruction on-site or off-site

One-on-one instruction - a personalized class for your needs and goals. Yoga, HIIT, sculpt, kickboxing, healing yoga, barre, pilates, kids yoga, prenatal, postnatal, and meditation are available in-studio or off-site.

Rates:

  • in-studio 1 session $75

  • in-studio 9 sessions $555

  • off-site if the location is more than 10 miles from downtown Paso Robles, add $20

  • virtual one-on-one classes are available

Group Private Classes - in-studio classes can be scheduled at the regular temperature or in the heated room in Paso Robles or Templeton. We offer a Variety of styles and levels to choose from. For off-site group classes, custom pricing is based on the number of people and services provided

In-studio rates per session:

  • 2-5 people $85 (add on a sound bath xx total)

  • 6-10 people $145 (add on a sound bath xx total)

  • 11-20 people $185 (add on a sound bath xx total)

Off-site rates per session:

  • 2-5 people $150 (add on a sound bath $250 total)

  • 6-10 people $220 (add on a sound bath $300 total)

  • 11-15 people $295 (add on a sound bath $395 total)

  • 16-20 people $330 (add on a sound bath $450 total)

  • If the location is more than 10 minutes away from downtown Paso Robles, add $20

Kids, Teens & Family Private Yoga

This is a special and unique offering designed to support the children and teens in our community. Private yoga sessions are personalized to meet your child’s specific needs, creating a safe and supportive space for growth and self-discovery.

Many children experience stress at an early age, which can affect their happiness, ability to adapt to new situations, connect with others, sleep well, and concentrate. These sessions gently support children and teens with anxiety, self-awareness, self-esteem, coping skills, and recognizing their own unique and innate abilities.

Sessions are offered in 45–60 minute private lessons, depending on age, for children and teens.

Sessions often include breathing techniques, yoga postures, mind–body awareness practices, visualization, energy and chakra balancing, affirmations, and an introduction to the five points of yoga: proper exercise, proper breathing, proper nutrition, proper relaxation, and positive thinking/meditation.

Mom and baby yoga

Mom & Baby Yoga classes are offered throughout the year for new mothers and their babies (from 6 weeks to pre-crawling). This special class creates space for connection, community, and gentle movement during the early postpartum period.

Each class begins with time to connect and share with other moms, followed by yoga for both mom and baby. This unique offering blends a mother’s support circle with yoga, creating an interactive, playful environment that encourages bonding with your baby and fellow new moms.

This postnatal yoga class is designed to support a woman’s postpartum body, mind, and spirit. Classes balance building strength with releasing tension through mindful movement and breathing techniques. Yoga asana (postures) help soothe sore muscles and calm a tired mind, and each class includes a special segment of baby yoga—a joyful way to connect with your little one.

This class offers a gentle, safe, and nurturing space to build a loving relationship with your postpartum body, deepen your bond with your baby, and become part of a supportive community of new mothers.

Private Prenatal Yoga

Private prenatal yoga supports your body and spirit throughout pregnancy, helping to ease common discomforts such as back pressure, sciatica, sleep challenges, fatigue, and overall stress. These sessions are designed to uplift your energy while nurturing a deeper connection to yourself and your baby.

Beyond pregnancy comfort, yoga helps prepare the body and mind physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually for labor and birth. Specific yoga postures and breathing techniques can make a meaningful difference during labor and delivery.

Committing to staying active and healthy during pregnancy offers lasting benefits well beyond birth. In addition to private prenatal sessions, labor and delivery seminars are available to help prepare you and your partner with practical tools and confidence for the birthing process.

Both private and group sessions are offered. Classes are guided by the five points of yoga: proper exercise, proper breathing, proper nutrition, proper relaxation, and meditation with positive thinking.
