All levels (Beginning to Advanced)

Whether you’re just starting out or have taken a few classes, this level focuses on learning and refining core principles such as breath awareness, alignment, and core engagement. Classes build foundational strength while increasing flexibility and mobility, and help you become familiar with commonly used equipment—like mats and resistance bands—as well as props such as blocks and straps.

These classes are thoughtfully designed to support students at any stage of their practice and are an excellent option for all levels.

Feel the pulse (Intermediate)

Designed for students who have practiced consistently for several months and are comfortable with core principles and foundational exercises. These classes explore more complex movements, transitions, and the use of additional equipment.

Students will continue to build core strength, increase flexibility, and develop the confidence to participate in more dynamic classes and flowing sequences.

Progress your practice (Advanced)

For experienced practitioners with years of regular practice who have mastered a wide range of advanced exercises, poses, and equipment. These classes are designed for students who are comfortable moving with strength, control, and precision.

Practitioners demonstrate exceptional core strength and flexibility, and are able to navigate the most challenging classes or sessions with ease, seamlessly incorporating advanced techniques, transitions, and variations.
