Allison was born and raised along the California Central Coast and found her way to massage therapy following a career in the arts and education. In 2018, life shifts prompted a personal healing journey which inspired her to study bodywork and the healing arts. In 2021, she graduated from the Diamond Light School of Massage where she received training in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Massage, Myofascial Release, Hawaiian Lomi Lomi and Sound Healing. Through her training and practice in the Bay Area and along the Mendocino Coast, Allison developed her own blend of techniques intended to bring deep relaxation and lasting wellbeing to her clients.
