STUDIO CLASSES

There are over 35 + classes to choose from. We have two classrooms. One for regular temperature classes and a heated classroom with healing infrared heat offering both warm and hot classes. Warm classes are a nice introductory way to try the heated classes. Want to learn to meditate, we have classes that incorporate healing movements with meditation, visualization, brain exercises, and breath work. Here a list of classes to help you get started.

Monday 4 pm Warm Slow Flow Yoga

Monday 6:45 pm Candlelight Warm Deep Stretch & Flow: offering warm infrared heat, healing breath work, connective tissue rinse out to hydrate the fascia. Often the issues are in the tissues. Deep stretching, circulation & Lymph Flow, + Meditation at the end

Tuesday 7 am Warm Flow & Deep Stretch - warm infrared heat, breath work, connective tissue support, lymph & circulation flow. Great for beginners and athletes to understand the body + upgrade the mind with fitness that supports the brain.

Tuesday 6:45 pm - Candlelight yoga & Sound bath held at our offsite location at Serenity. A healing nourishing class and great to learn the foundation of yoga.

Thursday 6:45 pm Candlelight Sound Bath & tea. This is an incredible way to calm the nervous system, de-stress, and feel a deep relax state of being. It is a great way to get the benefits of meditation in a more effortless way.

Saturday 9 am Restorative yoga & Sound bath
