We provide a space for all the different seasons of your life. We provide support, inspire and give you vital techniques while approaching pregnancy, labor, and life as a new mom. We offer programs and classes for pregnancy, preparing for labor, postpartum care, and support to care for your new baby. Prenatal yoga is held in a 5 week course by registration and is a unique offering to support you in this crucial time in your life. The education, physical training, and techniques you will learn for the body and mind sustains a healthy pregnancy, empowered labor/delivery, and quick recovery. We gather in a comfortable space for you to relax and unwind at the end of the day as a safe and supported environment. Ashleigh offer guidance and skills that help you enjoy the journey of pregnancy while learning useful and practical tips and techniques for labor.

ABOUT PRENATAL YOGA
Pregnancy is one of the most special times in a woman’s life and also one full of change and growth. Yoga can help prepare you and your new body for this transition into motherhood. Yoga will support you to feel better physically, benefiting the health of you and your baby, and will help to prepare you mentally for labor, birth and motherhood.
Prenatal Yoga can:
- relieve pain in the low back, SI joint, neck, shoulders and more
- increase strength and flexibility, in both body and mind
- decrease stress, aches and pains, swelling of the feet, pelvic pain and more
- strengthen and relax the pelvic floor
- improve circulation and digestion
- balance instabilities that create tension in the body
- shift the mind and body to a peaceful state & help prepare for labor and beyond

- allow time to bond with your baby
This 5-Week Prenatal Yoga Series is designed to cover a variety of topics like anatomy of the prenatal body, birth culture, birth preparation, nutrition, self care, sleep, motherhood, baby care and more. Classes will include yoga asana (postures) that will help you open and expand your beautiful changing body and leave you feeling relaxed, nurtured and loved. This series offers a special community and lets you bond with other expecting women.
This Mama Love Series will also host guest speakers such as a doula, a pregnancy health coach, (add other speakers) that will share information and answer questions. Women in ALL stages of pregnancy are welcome and encouraged to attend! No yoga experience necessary.
Postnatal Yoga + Mohters Circle
Postnatal Yoga + Mother's Circle courses are offered throughout the year. This special course is available for new mothers who are encouraged to bring their baby, (newborn to precrawling stage). Class includes time to connect and share with other moms, followed by yoga for both mom and baby. This is a unique class because it is a mother's support circle + yoga combo. Class is designed to be interactive and playful and offers time to bond with your baby and other new moms.
Join Ashleigh ~She will guide this 5-Week Postnatal Yoga Series that is designed to support a women's post partum body, mind and spirit. Classes will provide balance between building strength and releasing tension through breathing techniques and movement. Classes will include yoga asana (postures) that will soften sore muscles and help relax a tired mind. There will be a special time for mama and baby yoga also-a fun way to bond with baby.
This series offers a gentle and safe space to form a loving relationship with your new postpartum body, bond with your new baby and be part of a special community of new moms.
Please bring a blanket for your baby to lay on, a small snack, water, and any other baby related items you may need to feel comfortable.

About Ashleigh Oxford - Prenatal & Yoga Insturctor
Ashleigh has been studying yoga for over 7 years and became a yoga teacher after a sports injury left her hurt and angry. She found yoga was a way to heal not only her body but also her heart. She took an interest in prenatal yoga during her own pregnancy in 2015. Since then, she has studied prenatal and postnatal yoga at the Mt Madonna Center of Yoga, has training in prenatal Kriya yoga lineage, and leads women’s circles. She has trained as a pregnancy health coach, postpartum doula and placenta encapsulation specialist to empower, educate and support new moms to have a healthy, happy pregnancy and postpartum.
Her classes are powerful, balancing and playful while creating a supportive environment that allows for a deeper understanding of the magical relationship between mother and baby. She utilizes aromatherapy, healing sound, light touch, gentle asana, and guided mediation to bring awareness to the breath and womb space. Her desire is that you step off the mat feeling restored, renewed and connected.
Ashleigh is a California native, digging roots in Monterey after graduating from CSUMB with her BA in Psychology. She recently settled in Atascadero with her fiancée, 1 year old daughter and fur-babies. She enjoys cookings, gardening, making jewelry, metaphysics and meeting new people.
